A foreign-based Cebu Property Company operates a small shopping mall and earns revenue from shop rentals. Blucheck handles all accounting and billing while the local management handles administration. Original expense invoices are sent to Blucheck in Manila and entered into the accounting system. Rental invoices are entered by Blucheck. As the accounting system uses Online Quickbooks (subscription cost is less than US$20 per month), both owners and managers have View Only access to the accounts. Invoices are printed at the site by the Management. Bank accounts are reconciled by Blucheck. The owner who lives in Malaysia can view and print financial statements online at anytime. They can also drill down to each specific transaction detail. This account has been doing this online system with Blucheck for over 5 years.
