Case Study: European Accessories Company Data Encoding
The client is a Europe-based company with no offices in the Philippines. It designs and sells premium fashion accessories in retail shops in several European cities and sources merchandise from its factories in China. The client uses the online Oracle Netsuite business system and has contracted Blucheck to handle the processing of daily sales data from stores and inventory purchase data. Daily information from different stores are sent to Blucheck via email or via fax (for handwritten sales reports from stores) using a European number. Blucheck staff input data directly onto Oracle Netsuite. Blucheck and the client staff communicate daily online via Skype/Messenger. The client has achieved significant savings and reduced need for staffing.
